At Brighton Homes, we want you to know that the health and safety of our homeowners, our employees and our contractors is our most important priority. With the uncertainty of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the events surrounding it, we are amending our warranty service procedures to accommodate these rapidly changing circumstances. For your protection, and that of our subcontractors and company personnel, our initial plan of action is to suspend all non-emergency warranty service. We will continue to monitor Federal, State and Local Government recommendations, and will resume regular service as soon as safely possible.
If you have a pending, new warrant request, or an emergency please continue to submit them within your warranty period, via the form below, but no later than 15 days after the expiration of the term of your workmanship and distribution systems warranty.We will be preparing to act as soon as it is safe to coordinate the non-emergency covered warranty repairs.
Our subcontractors will work closely with you to provide the best strategy of social distancing should that be necessary.
Brighton Homes will continue to answer phone calls and emails but we ask for your patience should there be a delay in response.
